Thanks for your useful tips, my husband and I are thinking of building a pallet like surface for our outdoor dining furniture so the legs will not sink in the ground and i don&#039;t have the grass under my feet when we eat. I don&#039;t want a permanent structure so we thought something like this would work. Have you ever built one before? 
Also, my husband just purchased an outdoor infrared heater for our screened in porch so we can keep enjoying it now that the weather is getting colder. I never see these mentioned and I think they are a great addition to any porch, deck, or other outdoor seating area.I wish we would have thought of it years ago.
