		<description>Your tips are good and very reasonable approaches but I suspect that getting rid of extensive lawn is another one.  If we have time to plant shrubs and trees and get them established, this part of the solution would not be so painful, but if we are just hit with the regulations without warning establishing the trees and shrubs will be very difficult.</description>
